Its 2 3/8" size fits over 2 3/8" OD pipe posts as well as the top rail. This sleeve is easy to install and provides a secure and stable connection for your top rail. Can be attached by either a TEKS metal screw or a simple tack weld to post. Works on slopes up to 5%. Since our products come in raw, bare steel without any finish or coating, surface rust will naturally develop over time, especially in colder or wetter climates. The most wear tends to occur where posts or panels sit directly on the ground, as moisture can collect in these areas. This is a common issue with any fencing, so we recommend keeping an eye on those spots for maintenance.
